Stable · Efficient · Compatible · Intelligent
The MGC General Controller Series breaks the boundary between standard and non-standard: universal measurement & control, multi-axis synchronization, plug-and-play sensors — delivering a full-stack device solution with one set of hardware plus one set of software.
Product Series
For price, choose Mgc0103; for performance, Mgc1624; for value, any of the three. All share the same MgcTest software and MgcDll backend on a unified cross-model platform.
16 control · 24 measure · multi-axis coordinated loading
2 control · 7 measure · compact board
1 control · 3 measure · USB-C powered
Core Capabilities
Complete functionality plus an open, compatible architecture breaks the standard / non-standard divide, turning non-standard needs into regular standard models.
Multiple control channels support synchronous/asynchronous parallel operation, up to 16 channels of coordinated loading with decoupled control.
Analog: small/large signals and strain gauges; digital: SSI, QEP, 232, 485, Ethernet, EtherCAT.
TEDS connectors preload sensor identification; on insertion the type and parameters are recognized automatically with no manual configuration. Connectors are fully interchangeable across all three controllers.
One set of hardware plus one set of software directly manages all device resources — no heterogeneous integration, no secondary development.
Sets the performance ceiling for industry applications, with procurement costs more competitive than comparable products.
Application Modes
One controller manages one device — the primary use case, e.g. testing machines, 3-axis measuring machines, CNC machines, industrial robots.
One controller manages multiple devices, e.g. one Mgc1624 controlling several creep testing machines, or all equipment in a small lab.
Multiple controllers interconnect via a server-networked MGC cluster to control a device group, e.g. automated production lines or aircraft flutter test systems.
